This lovely holiday home is surrounded by nature and just a short walk from the centre of Cernobbio. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake Como, while being close to shops and cafés.

The house has a bright and cozy living room with a large window that offers a breathtaking view of the lake and Villa d’Este. There’s a small kitchen with everything you need, three comfortable bedrooms (two doubles and one with two single beds), and two bathrooms. One of the double bedrooms, with its own bathroom, is located in a separate building, easily accessible through the lush garden. The beautiful garden is the highlight of the property, providing a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Whether you’re looking for a quiet getaway or a convenient spot to explore Lake Como, this home is the perfect choice.

Cernobbio

Cernobbio, a lovely town on the shores of Lake Como, is known for its historical buildings. Notable landmarks include Villa d'Este, a luxurious 16th-century villa, Villa Erba, an elegant estate used for events, and the stunning Villa Pizzo, offering breathtaking lake views. Its charming streets and peaceful setting make Cernobbio a perfect escape if you look for both history and natural beauty.

You can go hiking in the surrounding nature and explore the lake by taking the ferry or renting a motorboat (even without a license). It’s possible also to rent a car or a scooter to have more freedom, but I advise to book it in advance, especially during the high season (from June to September).

If you're dreaming of a getaway where history, nature, and Italian charm come together, Como is the place to be. This beautiful town, set on the shores of the famous Lake Como, has everything you need for a perfect holiday—breathtaking views, delicious food, and plenty to explore.

One of the best ways to soak in the beauty of Como is by strolling along the lakefront promenade. The views are simply stunning, with the mountains reflecting on the water and boats gliding by. And if you're up for an even more spectacular panorama, take the funicular up to Brunate—a little village perched above the lake, where you can see for miles.

In the heart of town, Como’s historic center is a delight to wander through. The Cathedral of Como is an absolute must-see, with its grand architecture and intricate details that tell stories of centuries past. The little streets around it are full of boutique shops, cozy cafés, and charming squares where you can sit back and soak in the atmosphere.

Its gardens are perfect for a relaxing walk, and if you're looking for a scenic way to return to the center, follow the pedestrian pathway that runs along the lake. This picturesque walk takes you past charming villas, lush gardens, and peaceful waterfront spots, making it one of the most beautiful ways to experience Como at a leisurely pace.

Of course, no trip to Como is complete without getting on the water. Whether you take a boat tour to admire the grand villas lining the lake, rent a kayak for a peaceful paddle, or hop on a ferry to explore nearby villages, being out on the lake is an unforgettable experience.

After a day of exploring, there’s nothing better than coming back to a cozy holiday house where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Como has a way of making you feel at home while also sweeping you off your feet with its beauty.
